An extensive exhibition will be
mounted enabling delegates to review the latest products and service adding
to the overall educational experience. Sponsorship opportunities have been
devised to maximise exposure to the delegates to Frankfurter Meeting 2012.
Our goal is to construct sponsorship packages to meet individual sponsors'
needs, in order to assist in optimising return on investment.

The net price quoted is plus statutory sales tax according to
European regulations and payable immediately after receipt of invoice.
Payment Terms/Cancellation
First non-refundable instalment of one third of the sum due within 30
days after receipt of the contract.
A second non-refundable instalment of one third will be before June
30, 2011
The final payment must be received by October 30, 2012, prior to the
meeting.
The net price quoted is plus statutory sales tax according to
European regulations and payable immediately after receipt of invoice.
Cancellation and changes to your original booking must be made in writing to
Mainhatten Transfers & Events GmbH.
The organizers shall retain the following sum:
Cancellation until March 31, 2012 10 % of the total costs of each item
will be retained
Cancellation until September 30, 2012 50 % of the total costs of each
item will be retained
Cancellation later than September 30, 2012 100 % of the total costs of
each item will be retained
