Participants are obliged to a self-declaration of health status and travel anamnesis to be filled in on access to the the grounds to the admission personnel.
Participation in the Frankfurter Meeting without this self-declaration is not permitted.
The self-declaration currently contains the following questions about the travel anamnesis and the current state of health:
- Have you stayed in a risk area according to RKI in the last 14 days?
- Have you been diagnosed with a COVID-19 infection within the last 14 days or did you have close contact to with a laboratory confirmed COVID-19 patient?
- Do you currently suffer from one or more of the following symptoms: cough, rhinitis, sore throat, fever, strong feeling of illness e.g. headache and aching limbs, loss of sense of smell and taste?
Should one of the participants be unable to attend due to one of the answers in the self-declaration on travel anamnesis, state of health or to contact COVID-19-infected persons further testing is required through Medical Clearing, which serves the correct medical and professional clarification of symptoms and risk factors, who are likely to associated with COVID-19.
